Introduction:
 
We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our conditions of sale, having read them.
Please note that we practice a policy of continual review and reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time without notice.
 
Delivery Schedule:
 
We deliver your order as soon as possible.
Items that are in stock will normally be shipped within 48 hours on business days.
Please inform about the lead time for labor intensive products like loudspeaker systems before your order.
When a product is out of stock we will supply the product as quickly as possible and notify you of the delay.
You will be kept informed about your order and the shipment of the goods via the SDC order process system.
 
Returning Goods:
 
We will not refund an item when a product has been specially ordered or custom made for you.
In order to guarantee the quality of our products for all customers we cannot accept returned goods for most of the products we manufacture unless specified otherwise.
It is your responsibility to check your consignment, if any incorrect goods are supplied you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
After this period mistakes cannot be rectified.
 
Damaged Goods:
 
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging. 
 
Availability of Goods:
 
While all care is taken to ensure appropriate stock levels, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice.
If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified and any charges will be refunded.
If an item has been replaced by a manufacturer with an alternative we will supply this replacement.
 
Warranty:
 
All goods purchased from SDC ACOUSTICS come with a 24 months limited warranty, unless otherwise specified.
All goods are tested and examined by SDC ACOUSTICS before being shipped.
 
Warranty conditions:
 
All goods purchased remain the property of SDC ACOUSTICS until full payments have been made.;
Warranty period starts from invoice date.
Warranty includes interior parts and labour.
A photocopy of the original invoice must be presented for any warranty claim.
Goods returned under warranty must be sent in their original packaging.
Warranty does not cover any damages to other equipment used in conjunction with goods purchased from SDC ACOUSTICS.
Warranty does not cover any malfunction or failure resulting from accidental or improper use, unauthorized repairs and modifications.
Repaired products will continue their warranty from the original invoice date.
Warranty will be void if the SDC ACOUSTICS warranty seal is broken.
Warranty will be void if goods are found to have been tampered with.
Warranty does not cover any malfunction or failure resulting from neglect or use of incorrect parts.
All warranties have to be returned to SDC ACOUSTICS and all freight costs to and from SDC ACOUSTICS have to be prepaid by the customer.
If after testing, the returned product is found not to be faulty, all freight and labour costs will be charged to the customer.
If returned goods are found to have been tampered or modified, all freight and labour costs will be charged to the customer.
This Warranty is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser of the covered product and shall not be transferred to a subsequent purchaser of the product.
 
Warranty procedures:
 
When you need to claim warranty on a faulty item, please contact us via email and explain your problem. We will then either give suggestions to fix the problem or supply you with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA number)
Products returned under warranty must be sent in their original packaging.
Please enclose a photocopy of the original invoice and a short written description of the problem(s).
Insure and accept all liability for loss of or damage to your product during shipment to SDC ACOUSTICS and prepay all shipping charges. Return freight costs of repaired goods have to be prepaid by the customer.
